It's the books

I wrote about this before HERE. It happened again this weekend. Twice. We went to Borders on Saturday morning. We were only there for about 10 minutes when he stopped in the middle of one of the CD aisles. I kept calling him to follow me but he had that look. You parents out there know that look.

We went back to Borders Books again on Sunday evening. While he was enjoying the Dora the Explorer sounds book he was making sounds of his own.

I am amazed at this phenomenom of him pooping in book stores.

Just put up some bookshelves in the bathroom, and potty training should be a snap.

Too funny. Wonder what it is. Make sure Santa doesn't bring him any books. That will really mess up the whole videotaping thing.

I am amazed that I have never heard of these mysterious "blue urinal blocks" (other post). Amazed and intrigued. Are they, like, targets or something? No, there's the splatter factor, right? Hmmm. We don't have blue toilet blocks in the women's room, that's all I'm saying. NONE. That I know of, anyway. Hey! This is just unfair, really. I can aim! I can party with the blue blocks!

You know what? Being deliberately obtuse = good times! Pretty much only for me, though. Sorry. :(

Maybe it's not the books. Just thinking about Dora makes me have to poop. :P

Researchers find libraries cause bowel movements
Yale researchers have discovered a fairly common phenomenon they are calling Library-Induced Sudden Bowel Movement Syndrome.
These researchers found that many subjects feel an urgent need when spending any time in a library.
“I don’t know what it is,” said Giggles McFarland, associate professor of sub-normal psychology at Yale, “I walk into the library and, within 10 minutes, I have to have a BM.”
This LISBM Syndrome is not limited to libraries. Researchers have had similar results in bookstores, record stores, and intro to psychology classes.
“We think it might be the smell,” McFarland said. “Or not.”

That's pretty funny. I guess he's too old to keep him in a stroller? Nathan never poops in his stroller, in his high chair, or in his car seat. He must be on the floor playing.

Too bad Ripley's Believe It Or Not is not on tv anymore. It truly is a phenomenon. Well... if he ever gets constipated... Books-A-Billion you go!
