Sometimes God smiles upon me

Really, God must like me because the fine people over at Doritos now have two (count em TWO) different flavored chips in ONE bag. And they came out with this fine product right at the beginning of football season.

And since God knows that I am watching my Cholesterol, he made sure the nutrition label looks like this.

Do you see that? Zero Cholesterol.*

The only thing that God and the fine people at Doritos could do to beat this, would be to come out with Chocolate and Bacon flavored chips. **

*-Yes I know that there is some cockamamy formula that fat and saturated fat magically turn into Cholesterol, but I am not buying it.

**- What? I know you have thought of this flavor combination too.

Did you know you can buy a bacon chocolate bar?
Enjoy!

I never thought of that combo.
Now, however, I would very much like some bacon.

Have you tried the other flavor? My husband works for Frito-Lay and he brought home some samples for us to try and they are pretty tasty.

Just make sure that little chip monster of yours doesn't get to them. I would have one eye on him at all times...all times!

um...interesting...but bacon would be good, on its own...

You better buy it, mister, if you don't want to take the drugs, the DRUGS.

Cockamamie. Now there's a word that doesn't get used nearly enough anymore.

You do know about Bacon Salt, don't you?

Yum! I wonder if they have them out this way?

Oh and Sharkey, thank you for that link. Now I know what to get the Hubs for his birthday (next year) instead of a baggie full of vanilla wafers!

Spotted you from Wherever Ewe Goes....Wow, I adore Doritos, and that looks fantastic. Unfortunately, I am also watching my calories, nutrients, etc...and thus, you'll have to let me know how yummy those things are. And no, Choco-bacon doesn't sound appealing at all. But, enjoy!

Dude, chocolate-covered bacon would be totally freaking awesome. And not hard to make....

Wow, God really likes you! Think there is any way you could talk to him about chocolate you can eat all you want of, tastes heavenly but will not add one ounce of weight to your body at all. Just a little favor, please? :)

Wyatt is gonna LOVE those! ;P

Never thought of Bacon and Chocolate, but the original Dorito teamed up with a PB sandwich and chocolate milk is my all time favorite! So is the Dorito/butterfinger combo. So I'd go for a 3 flavor bag of peanut butter/chocolate/nacho cheese.

Wow. Now that is impressive. Zero cholesterol? How did they pull that off??
