Boys of Summer

Lauren took the boys to get their haircut. She decided on the "summer cut", you know the cut that is extra short to keep the kids cooler in the summer heat. I swear, every time the kids get their hair cut it makes them instantly look a year older.

Which is why I think Lauren did not get Jackson's hair cut. She is either trying to keep him a baby, or maybe his "summer cut" is "surfer dude".

Your sons are wa-ay cute. 'Course, look at their genes.

Summer of 1992, I had a friend going thru chemo... losing her hair. A few of us gals in her group got buzz cuts to show support.
Great way to beat the heat.

I'd love to do that with my boys, but my wife won't let me. Why take them to get a haircut? All you need for those cuts is a clipper and a broom :-)

i think they are cute--and i love the fact she left the your baby with his hair long. :]] my dad did it to my bros every year...and now that hes gone my youngest has hair like a girl past his shoulders.

You should get a buzz. Less hair to get poop in.

Those blond curls are too precious to cut off just yet. Lauren wants everyone to see how Jackson looks just like her. He does! Anonymous is right. Get a buzz, and shave the beard. Show everyone how Max looks just like you. Wyatt looks just like me. ( except for the brown eyes) Thought you'd enjoy this one.

Almost as cute as mine :)

Those buzz cuts do shave away a year of childhood, don't they? Only my 14yo got one this year, and it was against his will. He did, however, successfully fight and win against the Mohawk my husband tried to give him.

Who's the hippie?

Kidding aside, very cute kids.

(Also: my wife is reluctant to cut my son's hair for the same reasons.)
