Our team name is the Pirates, Lauren made sure that we had fans to support us.
It was a cold and windy Saturday and Jackson came to the game dressed as Captain Snotbeard the Pirate. That is stylish snot goatee.
Lauren also made us a banner for the opening day ceremonies parade. No other team had a banner. Pirates rock.
Maxfield played first base for one inning. He is one handsome first basemen. It was good day.
We have another game on Wednesday so I may be busy for the next few days trying to figure out which kid plays where.
I suck at Sudoku.

Not telling you how to manage your team but...
Why not just set the batting order based on position (say: 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, LF, CF, RF, C, P) and then shift the kids down one spot in the batting rotation every game (for example, if you used my method, Maxfield would have batted leadoff last game, and played 1st; next game he's playing 2nd and batting in the #2 spot; two weeks from then he's in left and batting cleanup).

Your wife rocks! Actually, you do, too, since you are managing the team. Jackson might have wanted you to name the team "Boogiesnot" but I guess Pirates is a pretty good name. ;)

I think, like a mohawk, a snot goatee is cool up until a certain age, but once you reach around 80, it becomes cool again.
