Maxfield asked me to make him a Spiderman mask. Why he did not ask my wife, I have no idea, she is the crafty one. I took an old winter knit cap, a pair of scissors and, ta-daa, a Spiderman mask.
Or a bank robber.

You should sell those on Etsy.
he has beautiful eyes!!
Wow, Bill! Is there ANYTHING that Lauren is better at? (j/k) I'm surprised you're allowed to use scissors after the weed wacker incident of '08.
Ain't he sweet!
Grab me some cash, dude, will ya?
The Maid
Clearly you did not use fabric scissors...Those holes could have been so much cleaner...for shame.
PERFECT! Way to go, Dad! :)
That's the saddest looking Spiderman mask I've ever seen.
You are such a cool Dad!
Is he wearing something Spiderman-ish there?? Looks similar to things my own boys have.
Wrong color! I know my Spiderman! Next time Max will ask Mom for sure! Max'll be telling his kids, "we were so poor that my Dad cut eyes in a ski hat for me to be Spiderman. ..we couldn't afford a real costume....especially when Wal-Mart and K-Mart were filled with them." And he'll have the pictures as proof! Max, Mommy is the real talent! Momo9
Needs red lycra and lenses from an old pair of sunglasses, but hey, at least you honored his request. Go YOU!
Still, for Halloween? I'd advise you to refer out to Lauren.
maybe Lauren should make him a real spiderman mask. he would LOVE it.
I bet you could open up an Esty store! LOL
Dad-crafts are funny!
I'm definitely thinking bank robber...a stylish one, no doubt, but a bank robber.
Yeah, I admire your Macgyverness, but I'm thinking it is definitely more bank robber than superhero. but that's OK, you probably pull down a much better living knocking off banks anyway.
I vote bank robber!
LOL, oh that is too cute.
