We finally compromised, white lights on the house outside, colored on the tree and inside. I prefer the colored lights...white bores me to tears, but DH likes the white lights. The whites are left from the year I did red, white and blue in memory of Jeff. Last Christmas I did blue, because I was having a Blue Christmas. Who knows what it'll be next Chritmas?
