Okay, so I was driving in the car with my husband, thinking about this, and I was going to ask him how he would pronounce it, and I got it. Took me hours! Argh!!
im not sure if already know the story to the name. But my theory is, it reads pee-nas, pinas, which is the short term 4 Pilipinas. Or otherwise known as the Philippines.

I believe its Pee-nya's (think spanish n with a tilda). But its funnier the other way. ;-)
