Fun with the phone

#1.
While I was at work I called home. Lauren answered the phone this is what I heard.
Lauren: Hello? HellOOoo?
(Maxfield giggles in the background)
Lauren: Helloooooww?
(Maxfiled giggles some more)
Lauren: Sorry Bill. We answered the banana, but no one was there.

Picturing Lauren and Max with banana's next to their ears made me laugh.

#2.
The other night the phone rang and I could tell by the caller ID it was a telemarketer. I let Max answer it. I wish I could have heard the person on the other end.

  2. Heh...gotta love the banana to the ear prank.

Not to mention the "Toddler Answering The Phone" prank...since I don't have a toddler, I just put the Dog on the phone and give him the command to bark like there is a serial killer at the door :-)

  5. I love the old stand by - let the kids answer the phone when it's telemarketers. Right after our car v. house accident, I let my girls answer the phone and tell the story to all the poor telemarketers who called. hehehe. serves 'em right.

    Cute!

Sometimes I use bananas to "shoot" my cats with.

  12. My children have never had that pleasure, talking to a telemarketer. But now, thanks to you, I will see that they use those irritants as a valuable tool for learning.

Thanks for the giggle and the trick!

Just today at your house, Jason found that tiny banana that goes with the magnetic monkey and was walking around with it in his mouth - "Mom! I'm hungry! I love'amananas!" So sorry... he continues to be a bad example for Max... Not that Max won't get his turn with thhe new little one...
